FAQs

Q. How far are you from Canal Park, Bayfront and the north shore?
A. It takes about 25 minutes from the park to get to the Canal Park area and around 45 minutes to get to Two Harbors

Q. Is your park big rig friendly?
A. Yes, we have generously spaced sites for even the largest coaches in both pull-through or back-in cconfigurations. There are a few sites that are slightly shorter than 50ft, so please refer to the individual site length and conditions listed on the site info page when you book your reservation, or feel free to call anytime if you have questions. For more information, check out our map. (“map” is hyperlinked to the map.)

Q. Do your sites have full hook up?
A. Yes! Most of our sites have electric, water, and sewer hookups included in your stay. Our brand premium remote sites, 101-110, do not have sewer but we have a dump station for use. (See our map)

Q. What are your rates?
A. Our nightly rate is $46/night+taxes and reservation fee, the weekly rate is $285/week+taxes and reservation fee. All utilities are included in the rates.

Q. Does the park have internet service?

Q. Does the park have cable or TV service?
A. We do not have cable or TV service. Most people can get quite a few local channels with over the air antenna.

Q. Do you have a pool or a swimming beach?
A. We do not currently have a pool or a designated beach on our ponds, and we have no lifeguard, so use of the water is at your own risk. There is a public beach (and restaurant!) available a couple miles down the road at the Pike Lake Golf & Beach Club.

Q. Can I fish on the ponds?
A. Absolutely, there are several species of fish in the ponds and the fishing is good! You can also use our complimentary kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, and lifejackets or rent out our mini pontoon with electric motor. You can also bring your own kayaks or canoes if you’d like. Keep in mind, gas engines are not allowed. There is no lifeguard on duty so use of the water is at your own risk.

Q. Are you pet friendly?
A. Your fury companions are welcome if they are leashed and attended at all times and picked up after. We even have several pet cleanup stations in the park!
